Once again, this time on Christmas Eve, civil society members, the Rotarians and the Lions, the Round Tablers and this time around, a couple of Councillors also joined the brigade of people got together to make plans for the children rescued off the streets by the Don Bosco Society.

Things brightened up with the song "We are the World" and kind of set the tone for the rest of the evening, which had short yet meaningful deliberations from most of the dignitaries present including the Minister, Industry, Government of Assam, Pradyut Bordoloi, who also inaugurated the first cradle of its kind in India; Baby Jesus, Mother Mary, Joseph, the Angels and the three Magi, all dressed in traditional Indian attire. A blessed day for all of us!
